W14•D2 | Today’s #Pole #LPFtrickPic is the #yogini! Climb the pole and begin to enter this pose from as if you were going into a #bow, but keep your legs elongated from your climb. Once your inside shoulder is in front of the pole and you’re squeezing in the armpit, swing the legs backwards and catch each foot/ankle in your hands. Arch your back and push your hips to the floor and your feet away from you into your hands!
