SHOULDER MOUNT
W9D5 | Today’s #Pole #LPFtrickPic is the #shouldermount with a #bentleg #variation! You can enter through or decend through a shoulder mount, and it is a great foundation for advanced tricks. Start with the pole pressing firmly against your trap muscle, with both arms holding above your head with strong and engaged elbows. Your neck should fall to the opposite side of the pole as your trap. Then, pull the pole into the ground and lift through your shoulders and core so that your back is perpendicular to the floor!
