W5•D1 | We’re kicking this week’s #Pole #LPFtrickPic with a #splitgrip transitional spin called the #prance! Start by walking around the pole with your inside hand high, and the outside hand pointed index finger down in a split grip (as shown) or across the body in #baseball or #fullbracket grip. Then, engage the shoulders so that you can ever so lightly float from one step to the next, exploiting a little “hang time” between each time the foot touches the ground. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
