W10•D5 | Today’s #Pole #LPFtrickPic is the #pencil! This move can be achieved from your outside knee hang or gemini. From your chopper invert, wrap your outside leg around the pole (closing the hip) and wrap your other leg around the pole like in an inverted crucifix. From here, drop the arm opposite your hooked knee to the pole in a handspring grip. Twist your body so that your face is looking directly at the pole. Then, engaging your core, slowly and evenly straighten your legs vertically while not touching the pole
