MONKEY TRANSITION

W13•D5 | Happy hump day! Today’s #Pole #LPFtrickPic is what we like to call the #monkey – or that silly transition moment that we hit in a #reikisplit or #laroue! Place your hands a little lower than chest height stacked on the pole, and place what will be your bottom foot on the pole on the ball. Then push into that foot and rotate your hips so that you can place your top foot on the pole and move into whatever move you want to build into!
