W13•D3 | Today’s #Pole #LPFtrickPic is the #pencil #iguana! From the floor, approach the pole in handstand position with your spine pressed against the pole. Reach your arms up and behind to grab it with stacked hands. Pull the pole into the ground and lift through the core until your legs are vertical and aligned with the pole. From here, you can drop your legs backwards on either side of the pole, which looks amazing with a flexible back.
