W8D5 | Today’s #Pole #LPFtrickPic is the #halfflag! To enter this position, start with the pole in front of you and pass your shoulder to one side while keeping your hips on the other. Then, squeeze your top arm to the pole so your chest is facing the floor and you have a solid lock in your armpit and can hold with that hand. Your bottom hand will use a kickstand hand grip, with a bend through the elbow as you push your elbow into the space between your hip and stomach. Then, engage your cope and lift your legs, keeping the bottom one bent!
