W12•D5 | Today’s #Pole #LPFtrickPic is the #kneehold! To enter this move from the ground, wrap your inside knee around the pole above hip level. Use your arms to pull you up into a jasmine if necessary. Put your the knee of your free leg behind the pole and wrap that foot around the foot of the hooked knee. Squeeze together and push your hips forward!
