W8D4 | Today’s #Pole #LPFtrickPic is the #dragonfly! To get into this move, start with an #invert to #gemini or outside leg hang. Then you will weave your inside shoulder (like a half-torso switch) so that it is free from the pole while squeezing tightly with the thighs. This should allow you to drop your unhooked leg, engage your back and arch away from the pole hands-free. You can also keep a hand down to create a #variation with more points of contact!
