From your #flatline #scorpio, wrap your same arm as leg (inside) behind your knee/thigh/calf (wherever it hits) and grip the pole, then straighten that leg once it is secure. Reach your free arm around and behind the pole underneath your torso, bending at the elbow, and bend your free leg so that you can grab your ankle and close the allegra! If you are very flexible, you can straighten the bottom leg into your hand for an #extendedallegra #variation
