W9D1 | Today’s #Pole #LPFtrickPic is the #butterfly! This move can be achieved from your outside knee hang or gemini. From your chopper invert, wrap your outside leg around the pole (closing the hip) and drop the inside leg backwards! From here, drop the arm opposite your hooked knee to the pole in a handspring grip. Twist your body so that your face is looking directly at the pole, drop the back leg, and allow your hooked leg to extend!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
