To enter this move, you can drop down to or  walk your bottom past  the bottom bar of the hoop down to your sacrum (small of your back)…once in that position, your legs will go straight up to the top of the hoop with your back arched, so you could let go with your hands. This #variation features one leg dropped back as a counterweight
