W10•D2 | Today’s #Pole #LPFtrickPic is the #ayesha and #closedayesha! This move can be achieved from your outside knee hang or gemini. From your chopper invert, wrap your outside leg around the pole (closing the hip) and wrap your other leg around the pole like in an inverted crucifix. From here, drop the arm opposite your hooked knee to the pole in a handspring grip. Twist your body so that your face is looking directly at the pole. Then, engaging your core, slowly and evenly drop your legs away from the pole so that your hips are sqare and you are able to straighten your legs, or bend them behind you (as seen in the closed Ayesha variation)
